Setting up your Lasting Power of Attorney
“I found Sara to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly during our meeting. Sara took me through the LPA forms which gave me the confidence, in these difficult times, to discuss and complete them with my wife Jenny. Knowing I can call on Sara going forward, if I need to, is most helpful and appreciated.”
Mr Stanley Coleman
People often put off setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) which can cause extra stress for carers who are trying to manage finances and co-ordinate care. We can help you to set these forms up via Zoom sessions which last up to 1.5 hours and require a donation to the charity of £35.
Sara worked previously at the Court of Protection and has had ongoing training in the pitfalls people sometimes encounter when setting the forms up without proper guidance. Our LPA service offers to take you through the forms page by page to avoid mistakes being made invalidating the forms at the registration stage.
